Sledding on Winter days

Winter is tough this year. I stayed at home for a week without going to the store. Instead, complaining I decided to have fun and went out for sledding with Little Travelentz. She is so excited and had a blast. She doesn't want to go back inside the house.
My daughter and I sled in our drive way.
She's has been creative.
My plant looks like this during icy days on winter.

  1. Sled riding is so much fun! We did it twice this Winter. It's a great exercise too because they want to do it over and over again. Good exercise for us too coz we're the ones carrying their sleds up and down lol.

  2. I think we are all officially sick and tired of winter. Your little one looks so cute all bundled up for sledding. Just about all of the snow in our yard has melted...hope you get a Spring warm up, too!

  3. We have not had snow here in our town for over two years! It’s crazy how much the weather is different across the country. I hope you guys get a break from the winter weather here soon.

  5. I wish I lived somewhere that it snowed. I know, you probably think I'm crazy. But it gets pretty cold here and freezes a lot, but I don't get to reap any benefits! I want to go sledding! :)

  6. That's awesome that you can go sledding on your driveway!! I can imagine that it's the perfect slope for your daughter - just enough of a decline to keep the momentum to go the entire way down, but not too steep so that it's scary. I live in CA, so getting snow is something that's only happened once in my life... I would have loved doing this as a kid!

  7. I am more than sick of winter. Maybe if I'd gone sledding it would have been more fun, but it's been so cold up here in Canada. I can't wait until the weather is warm enough to start cycling. Cute pics, by the way.

  8. I wish it snowed here more often. It never snows and when it does we are lucky if it sticks. I don't think I've ever seen snow that deep before. I would love to though and sledding... How much fun.
