Exploring Thailand makes your feet itchy to travel once you heard and seen it the travel magazine, blogs, and photos of your friends. I have had a chance to explore Thailand and live there. The place is beautiful and the people are so nice.
Let me share you one of the top attractions in Bangkok,Thailand that you need to visit once you are there. The Wat Arun,Bangkok ( Temple of Dawn).
Visited Many times-I've visited this place for many times, with friends and husband. The most exciting in this temple is to climb up and down the stairs. It's quite challenging to go down especially if you fear of heights and I'm scared to death to climb up/down still climbed many times.
Most Photographed attractions-I've heard this is one of the most photographed attractions in Bangkok. The great pictures others have shared does it no justice as compared to seeing it in person and climbing to the top and see the great view in any angle.
Dress up properly-Considering this is a temple, you have to dress p properly or else you ended up renting accessories for women like scarf.
The steps are steep but as you see there is a railing to hold on.The climb is worth once you see the view at the top.
The view from the top Wat Arun,Bangkok.
Behind is the Grand Palace and other Temples you might interested to see once you're in the Chao Praya River.
The entirety of the temple is layered with ancient Thai sculptures and patterns which are encrusted with colourful porcelain. This is interpreted as a stupa-like pagoda incrusted with coloured faience.
The climbed of Wat Arun,Temples of Dawn is a must if you're in the area. Don't miss the opportunity to visit.
That is a nice place to visit in Thailand, you can see an overlooking view of the place.
ReplyDeleteI haven't been to Thailand. I wish to visit Thailand someday. I can imagine the flight of stairs and how tiring it must have been. But seeing the view at the top for sure took your breath away (more than climbing).
